[![John Wells](https://blog.upfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/JohnWells.png?width=50&height=50&name=JohnWells.png)](https://blog.upfix.com/author/johnwells) [John Wells](https://blog.upfix.com/author/johnwells) December 7 2020 Last updated: November 24 2023 ![](https://blog.upfix.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/index-3.png) ## Our address is: UpFix 1707 Enterprise Dr Suite D Buford, GA 30518 Send your parts to us for repair and save hundreds! Once we receive your part, our IPC certified technicians will run a test to identify the source of the problem. We don't just replace defective parts. We go to the root of the problem and use new upgraded parts to ensure the issue is solved. Within just 24 hours, your part will be reset/rebuilt, and sent back to you. Our service is 100% guaranteed or your money back (shipping charges are not refunded). ## What is my next step? Step 1:  Carefully remove airbag module and seat belts that are locked from your vehicle, if you are not sure then please call the office and or see our technical support videos on removal instructions. Step 2:  Securely pack your item, using the correct box so that your unit cannot be damaged in transit. Take special care when packing your parts. Step 3: We prefer you ship to us via FedEx or the United States Post Office. We don't recommend using UPS, because they don't include your return address on the shipping label. UPS stores use their address as your return shipping address. We need your name, address, phone number and email to ship it back to you. Send parts to: UpFix 1707 Enterprise Dr Suite D Buford, GA 30518 Include with your part: 1. Your Name 2. Your Return Address 3. Your Phone number, email address 4. Year, make and model of vehicle. If you have a special request or an update to your order then that can be done after we receive your part. Do not include any notes with your order. After we have your part, you can call, email or text us for any order changes or with any special tech notes/instructions. Once we receive your part, we will run diagnostic tests to identify the problem. Your part will be reset or rebuilt and sent back to you within 24 hours. Keep your tracking number handy! So, you will know when it gets to us. If it is determined after testing that we cannot repair your part, you will only owe shipping. There is no repair charge. **Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. All parts are shipped to lower 48 states only.** Previous Post ###### [TCM Replacement Cost | Save Money On Repairs with UpFix](https://blog.upfix.com/mazda-3-tcm-replacement-heres-how-to-save-over-700) Next Post ###### [How to repair a failing Instrument Cluster?](https://blog.upfix.com/how-to-repair-a-failing-instrument-cluster) ### Similar Blog Posts [![](https://blog.upfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/july-15-2022-tcm-exchange-program-explained-graphic-upfix-blog-1.png?width=352&name=july-15-2022-tcm-exchange-program-explained-graphic-upfix-blog-1.png)](https://blog.upfix.com/mazda-3-tcm-exchange-service-transmission-control-module) #### [Mazda 3 TCM Exchange Service | Moneyback Guaranteed](https://blog.upfix.com/mazda-3-tcm-exchange-service-transmission-control-module) [![](https://blog.upfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/july-2022-mazda-5-tcm-exchange-program-explained-graphic-2-upfix-blog-1.png?width=352&name=july-2022-mazda-5-tcm-exchange-program-explained-graphic-2-upfix-blog-1.png)](https://blog.upfix.com/mazda-5-tcm-exchange-service-transmission-control-module) #### [Mazda 5 TCM Exchange Service | Moneyback Guaranteed](https://blog.upfix.com/mazda-5-tcm-exchange-service-transmission-control-module) [![](https://blog.upfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Screen-Shot-2020-12-03-at-1_40_53-PM-1.png?width=352&name=Screen-Shot-2020-12-03-at-1_40_53-PM-1.png)](https://blog.upfix.com/common-questions-and-issues-gm-2003-2006) #### [Common Questions and Issues GM 2003-2006](https://blog.upfix.com/common-questions-and-issues-gm-2003-2006) ### ADDRESS UpFix 4991 BU Bowman Dr Buford, GA 30518 **International Shipping Available:** We ship to USA and Canada ### ABOUT Thank you so much for considering UpFix.
